Because of this, I used Remote Utilities to connect to the computer, get the ID and password and connect using where I could see the menus. I was connecting remotely to a client's computer using Visual Studio and the right click wasn't bringing up the menus, or more specifically context menus were not visible during the remote connection. Solutions: Make sure Splashtop Streamer is listed as an exclusion in the antivirus software and allow it through the firewall as well. When attempting to connect to the computer, you'll get the error message: Cannot Connect, Please make sure network is available and Splashtop Streamer is running If the remote computer is offline, the computer icon next to the device will be greyed out.
